Cara Kerja Fingerprint – Apakah kantor anda masih absen menggunakan ceklok? Wah, sepertinya anda harus mulai meng-upgrade kantor anda. Kenapa? Karena absen dengan cara ceklok sudah ketinggalan jaman dan memiliki banyak kelemahan, salah satunya adalah bisa dimanipulasi dengan cara ‘titip absen’. Terus bagaimana dong solusinya? Nah, solusi tepat adalah dengan menggunakan mesin absensi atau fingerprint.
Sidik jari adalah sebuah guratan yang berada pada telapak tangan atau jari – jari manusia yang mempunyai bentuk yang unik. Kenapa dinamakan bentuk yang unik? Jawabnya, karena sidik jari setiap orang berbeda – beda bahkan bisa dipastikan tidak ada orang di dunia yang mempunyai sidak jari yang sama.
Dengan adanya keunikan itulah beberapa perusahan membuat sebuah terobosan baru untuk absensi. Dimana absensi yang secara manual yang sering menimbulkan kecurangan data, kini diubah menjadi absensi otomatis yaitu dengan adanya mesin fingerprint. Mesin fingerprint adalah sebuah mesin yang memberikan data otomatis yang cepat dan akurat seperti absensi karyawan, akses pintu atau ruangan dengan menggunakan sidik jari.
Cara kerja dari mesin fingerprint ini adalah dengan memverifikasi sidik jari atau RFID dengan mengidentifikasi sidik jari. Identifikasi sidik jari yang dimaksud adalah membandingkan dua contoh sidik jari apakah berasal dari individu yang sama. Akan tetapi data sidik jari kita harus tersimpan dulu didalam penyimpanan mesin sidik jari sehingga sidik jari kita akan teridentifikasi.
Cara kerja fingerprint adalah sebagai berikut:
Alur Cara Menggunakan Fingerprint -> Instalasi – Pendaftaran Sidik jari – Verifikasi
- Instalasi mesin fingerprint, dan keudian daftarkan sidik jari Anda. Intallasi > Pendaftaran sidik jari > Verifikasi.
- Jari yang sebaiknya digunakn pada saat pendaftaran adalah jari telunjuk, jari tengah atau jari manis. Jempol dan kelingking tidak disarankan karena biasanya pengenalan akan lebih sulit dilakukan.
- Cara menggunakan yang tepat adalah menempelkan jari rata pada bagian tengah layar tidak di pinggir layar.
- Bila verifikasi berhasil Led akan menjadi hijau dan fingerprint mengeluarkan suara “ Terima Kaih “ atau “ Thank You” sebaliknya bila verivikasi gagal maka akan muncul suara “Harap Coba Lagi” atau “ Please Try Again”.
